How to Measure Yourself
To calculate bra size, you need to take two measurements:
- under-bust and
- over-bust width.
STEP 1 - MEASURE YOUR UNDER BUST
TIP: Wear an unpadded bra. Stand with relaxed arms and shoulders.
You'll need a non padded bra and a tape measure. If you only have a ruler at your disposal, use a thick string or rope and measure that instead.
Place the tape measure/rope under the bust to measure your size, preferably in cms. Take note that the tape measure should be level and you'll want to measure when its tightest.
Take your measurement immediately after exhaling.
TIP: The tape measure is not elastic but the bra is, so it is essential the tape measure is held firmly around the body when taking measurements.
STEP 2 - MEASURE YOUR ON BUST
Now, shift the tape measure up and measure the circumference of your busts.
To do that solo, you'll want to wrap the tape measure around your back and bring the ends to the front of your bust.
For this, again take it in cms and keep the tape measure loose.
STEP 3 - FIND YOUR SIZE
Refer to the tables below and find the guide for Step 1 and Step 2 on the respective tables. The under bust measurements are on the top table, and you'll refer to the matrix in the same column in the cup table to find your On Bust Measurement, and that will give you the best gauge of what size you are.
Pro Tip: Simply walk into any lingerie store near you and get the store assistants to give you a proper measurement and that would work as well.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of your order being confirmed. Depending on the shipping provider and destination, delivery times may vary within the windows stated below:
- Standard Shipping: 12-15 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 7-13 Business Days
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be shipped within the next 1-2 working days.
[NOTE] Delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or due to incomplete delivery instructions or details. Make sure to include specific delivery instructions if applicable, we will charge a flat US$4.95 re-shipment fee for failed deliveries due to customer negligence.

If you would like to change your shipping address, please inform us within 48 hours of placing your order.
When should I order for Christmas delivery?
For delivery by Christmas to US addresses, order by Sunday, November 22 with Standard shipping (free on orders of $50+), or by Friday, November 27 (Black Friday) with Express shipping, shown as Expedited at checkout. These dates allow for our longest delivery times. If you miss them, a NaughtyTrove gift card arrives by email, so it's never late.
How does shipping work?

Orders arrive in plain, tamper-proof packaging, and your card statement shows TRENDYTROVE or TTROVE. If an item is restocking, allow up to 7 extra business days.
What if I need to return something?
All sales are final because these are intimate items, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Within 30 days of delivery, we replace defective items and refund items that don't match our size chart. Email photos to kate@naughtytrove.com and we'll guide you. What if my order doesn't arrive?
Email kate@naughtytrove.com with your order number. We reply within 24–36 hours, weekdays and weekends, and once we confirm the parcel was lost, we will send a free replacement of your order.
