All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of your order being confirmed.

Each item is secured in a durable and tamper proof packaging without images, names (entirely up to you) or invoices that would suggest what is inside.
We value your privacy as much as we value our own. Rest assured that all transactions and billings will reflect "TRENDYTROVE" or "TTROVE" and not the name of our site. Discreet billing is our expertise for all online purchases.

For our 30 day return policy - we will only honor it if the item is:
1. Faulty (poor workmanship or spoilt) and
2. Has not been used before
